Installation: Run the installer
Uninstallation: Run the uninstaller

Changes Made:
Changed size, speed, and shields of space units.
Increased size of ground companies and space squadrons.
Increased the space cap to 100.
Changed the "Empire at War" campaign.
Probably other stuff that I can't recall

Tip: KEEP YOUR CAPITAL!!!!!!!!!!!! It gives you the most population and credits.
